Insurance

I do not accept third party payments and are not affiliated with any provider group. My experience has been that, when recommended by a physician, massage therapy is occasionally covered by health insurance plans. My services are usually an allowed expense for medical savings accounts and flexible spending accounts.

Cancellation Policy

Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you I must charge for appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

Inclement Weather

Any appointments cancelled the day of the appointment due to snow and ice will not be charged in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy. In addition I ask my clients for their understanding if I am not able to make it to their appointments because of bad weather. I do ask that you wait to cancel your appointments until the day of the appointment in the event that the weather does not present as expected.
